Ingredients

2 lbs. t Smith Asparagus

2 Large (family size) cans Cream of Chicken Soup

2 tsp bouillon or chicken base

1 qt. Half and half

1 qt. whole milk

2 -3 cups cheese (your preference)

Directions

Steam asparagus reserving tips for later

Puree asparagus spears

Add all ingredients to crock pot, mix to combine

Cook on high until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.

*You can substitute broccoli or mushrooms for asparagus
