cornCut corn off cob before cooking (As many that is suited for your family)

Cut desired amount of onion.  (Any kind of onion green is suggested)

Heat a small amount of oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add corn and onion, cook and stir until thoroughly heated.  1 or 2 minutes

Remove from heat

Sprinkle with sharp cheese; cover until cheese melts.
